We believe if the Customer utilizes the steps and principles documented in The GGS Program, they will be able to achieve significant cost savings on their material purchases. However, if a Customer is not satisfied in anyway with The GGS Program, they can receive a refund of the original purchase price of the Program, including any sales tax (if applicable) less any shipping and handling charges provided they return the program materials within 30 days of the original receipt of The Program.

The following steps must be followed when returning The GGS Program materials for the money back guarantee:

Step 1: Call 1-800-750-SCCI to obtain a RAN (Return Authorization Number)

Step 2: Place a copy of the original sales document with the RAN written on the document inside the front cover of the manual

Step 3: Place all the Program material in an acceptable commercial grade package

Step 4: Since the Customer will bear the cost of shipping the material back to Supply Chain Consulting Inc., they may use their choice of commercial carrier. However, it is the Customer’s responsibility to have The Program materials delivered to Supply Chain Consulting Inc., 727 Fisher Road, Lima, Ohio 45801. Any lost package is the Customer’s responsibility.

Please Note: The Customer should keep a copy of the tracking information to insure timely delivery of the material back to Supply Chain Consulting Inc.

Once the material is received at Supply Chain Consulting Inc. the following refund process will be followed:

Refund Process A: If the original payment was made by credit card, a credit will be issued to the original card holder and account number. Please allow 5-10 business days for completion of the transaction.

Refund Process B: If the original payment was made by check, a company check from Supply Chain Consulting Inc. will be mailed to the original purchaser of The Program within 5 business days.
